Unfortunately, Dr Silbert is no longer able to accept new patient referrals for clinical consultations due to workload.
He continues to perform EMG (nerve conduction) and EEG testing, and injections for hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating), and hemifacial spasm / blepharospasm (facial twitching / blinking).
You can make an appointment using any of the following:
- Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete a registration form.
- Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time.
- Delays may be unavoidable due to urgent patients and other factors beyond our control that cause delays.
- We apologise in advance if we keep you waiting.
What to bring to the appointment
Medicare or Veterans Affairs card
Insurance information (Claim Number is essential)
A current referral from your doctor
To claim part of the consultation or procedure from medicare, patients need a current referral from their General Practitioner or Specialist referring doctor.
Specialist referrals are valid for three months. General practitioner referrals are valid for the period specified.
For EMGs, EEGs and consultations:
Your previous X-rays and scans or at least copies of the reports if you have them

To cancel an appointment:
Telephone, fax or email the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.
